ARERA Resolutions: Compliance for Integrated Water Services

We provide specialized technical support to ensure full compliance with the directives established by ARERA in the integrated water services sector.

1. TICSI – Assistance aimed at preparing the obligations envisaged by the integrated text on water service charges (TICSI), containing the tariff structure criteria applied to users Resolution 665/2017/R/Idr and technical preparation pursuant to Resolution 897/2017/R/Idr – Water bonus.
2. MTI – Assistance aimed at preparing tariffs according to the relevant tariff method.
3. CONVERGENCE REGULATORY SCHEME – Assistance aimed at preparing tariffs according to the convergence regulatory scheme introduced by art. 9 of ARERA resolution 580/2019/R/idr and regulated in Annex A to the same provision.
