Detection of meter readings
The reading activity will be carried out according to the procedure below:
  • preliminary information on the reading activity as established by del. 218/16 in the agreed ways and times;
  • presentation of one’s personal details and identification card to the owner of the meter when it is placed inside the home;
  • exact identification of the meter through its serial number;
  • photographic survey of the meter reading;
  • survey of the GPS coordinate f. comparison with previous reading if provided by the Institution;
  • verification of the correctness and quality of the images detected;
  • recording of consumption data and automatic association of photos relating to the meter;
  • release of the self-reading notice in the event of the user’s unavailability.
