It is important to underline that this practice complies with the provisions of the Decree of the President of the Council of Ministers (DPCM) dated 29 August 2016, published in the Official Journal with number 246 of 14 October 2016. According to this decree, the water service manager is required to guarantee a minimum quantity of 50 liters of vital water per day per inhabitant, respecting essential needs .
